Cisnear offers ancestral, symbolic, and spiritual support — not medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or religious instruction. Our ceremonies are invitations to deeper awareness, held in reverence. We do not offer “results,” but open space for remembrance and alignment.

The services provided are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. You should never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of your participation in our offerings.

If you are currently undergoing any medical treatment, especially related to mental health, or if you live with psychological, neurological, or psychiatric conditions, you must inform us prior to booking. This ensures we can honour your path responsibly and hold space with awareness and care.

 

2. Eligibility

To journey with us, you confirm that:

• You are over 18, or have consent from a legal guardian.

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after participation.

If you feel the need for support or guidance in integrating what has emerged during your session, you are welcome to reach out to us at any time. We are here to honour and witness your process with care.

 

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Each ritual requires energetic preparation, space-holding, and ceremonial time. Out of respect for the process, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours in advance: 75% refunded

• Less than 48 hours in advance: no refund available

Reschedules are not guaranteed and will be offered only where availability allows.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All session prices are stated in EUR and must be paid in advance.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing and offerings at any time with transparency.

Payments are collected securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

 

5. Confidentiality & Energetic Integrity

All sessions are held in sacred confidentiality. Your journey, insights, and stories are honoured with respect. We do not record or share session content unless explicit permission is granted.

Any testimonials or feedback shared voluntarily may be published with care, anonymity, or reverence, as agreed.

 

6. Symbolic Responsibility

The rituals offered are energetic portals. You are the sovereign co-creator of your experience. Your healing journey is your own, and we are here as facilitators of this path.
